Agreement of Terms
TheHireSyndicate.com provides a split-fee network to OUTSOURCED/AGENCY-SIDE recruiters around the globe. Upon registration, users agree to be subject to the following Terms & Conditions of Service ("TERMS"). Using this service in any way requires you to comply with the TERMS as stated herein. By agreeing to these TERMS you agree, in full, to all language and agree that you will review the TERMS from time to time to review any additions or changes which may occur from time to time. Should you disagree with any language in the TERMS you must disengage your registration. Continuing to use the service will be interpreted as an overall acceptance of the TERMS. TheHireSyndicate.com has the right to enforce the TERMS through, but not limited to, registrant monitoring, registrant complaints, proactive investigation, and reserves the right to remove any registrant from service at any time for any reason.
Changes to TERMS
TheHireSyndicate reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You hereby agree that it is your responsibility to review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. Membership
TheHireSyndicate is a "free to join" website for recruitment AGENCIES. Only Agencies and their members are permitted to participate on this Website. TheHireSyndicate reserves the right to implement fees for use of any of its products at anytime.

Additionally, users are entirely responsible for the content that you post, email or otherwise make available through this Service. TheHireSyndicate.com does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the service. Content Posted by Users
Users agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or is harmful to minors in any way.
No Spam
Users agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to TheHireSyndicate.com job or candidate profile posters is not permitted. Such activity will result in the sender having their registration terminated and may subject the sender to civil and criminal penalties.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold TheHireSyndicate, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any user due to or arising out of content you submit, post or make available through the service or your use of the service
General
The parties affirm and agree that they are equal employment opportunity outsourced/agency-side recruitment professionals and are in full compliance with any and all applicable anti-discrimination laws, rules, and regulations. The parties agree not to harass, discriminate against, or retaliate against any employee of the other because of race, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, marital status, or other category protected by law; nor shall any party cause or request the other party to engage in such discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. In the event of any complaint of unlawful discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, the parties agree to cooperate in the prompt investigation and resolution of such complaint, and shall indemnify each other with respect to any violation.
Neither these TERMS nor the services to be provided hereunder shall be construed to create any relationship of employment, agency, partnership or joint venture between the parties and TheHireSyndicate.com.
These TERMS shall be deemed to have been entered into and performed at the TheHireSyndicate.com company headquarters in the State of New York, and all questions concerning the validity, interpretation, or performance of any of its terms or provisions, or any rights, or obligations of the parties hereto, shall be governed by and resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
